Policy Details

We offer replacements or refunds on products that arrive damaged or are incorrect. Since our products are personal wellness and herbal formulations, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Please contact our WhatsApp support line within 3 days of delivery for assistance.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed/shipped. Once the package has been handed over to the courier partner, we cannot cancel or stop delivery. Please contact our support team immediately for cancellation requests.
